As an environmental protection enterprise that has been established for 23 years and has a leading role in the industry, Wending Environmental Protection organized some employees in Shanghai to go to the Fengxian West Point Military Training Base in Shanghai for a 3-day closed military training from April 24th to April 26th. On the military training ground, it is both serious and arduous, testing resilience while also examining the team's spirit of cooperation. For the entire company, these three days of militarized training not only gave everyone a lot of strategic knowledge in the workplace, but also increased the cohesion and collective sense of honor of the company. The projects of "Crossing the River Together", "Wooden Bucket Principle", "Taking the Way", "Ironman Triathlon", "Tiger Mouth Escape", "Leader's Style", and so on all require the collective participation of every member of the team to contribute their wisdom and work together to complete. On the afternoon of the 26th, the 2024 first quarter business management summary meeting of Wending Environmental Protection was held simultaneously after the closing ceremony of the military training team building activity.
