      Qia Qia Food Co., Ltd. was established on August 9, 2001. Since its establishment, it has been specialized in the production and sales of nut roasted food. Starting from a small sunflower seed, transform the national traditional handicraft industry into a modern enterprise integrating scale, industrialization, mechanization, and informationization. Located in the Chuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province, Chuzhou Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd., established on April 17, 2020, is a subsidiary of Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd.

      In April 2021, Winner Environmental entered the project site of Chuzhou Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd. Undertook the construction of the sewage treatment project of Chuzhou Qiaqia Nut Snack Food Project, with a processing capacity of 300T/D, including the odor treatment of the wastewater station.

       Based on the information provided by the plant and the relevant treatment experience of our company in similar industries, and on the basis of a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the quality and quantity of sewage, it is based on the principle of "clear turbidity diversion, effluent compliance, saving energy and reducing personnel The principle of "intervention" provides supporting water treatment solutions for wastewater treatment stations. The whole system adopts PLC control to realize automatic processing and reduce labor intensity. Under the premise of ensuring the treatment effect, the investment and operating costs are minimized.

Main process characteristics

      The biochemical system of the sewage station in the plant area adopts anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic processes to improve the biodegradability of sewage while performing denitrification treatment, effectively ensuring that the effluent quality is qualified. The designed processing capacity of the sewage treatment station is 300m3/d, and it will be processed in the second sewage treatment plant of Chuzhou City after treating the Dana tube standard. The two-stage oil separation pretreatment removes most of the grease and part of the COD to ensure the stability of the back-end biochemical system.

      On October 8 this year, Qiaqia Foods Chuzhou Plant ushered in a grand opening ceremony, and at the same time successfully delivered the first car of melon seeds in the fall and shipped them to the market.       Although the project has encountered pressure from various changes such as the substantial increase in the price of raw materials in the market this year from the beginning of construction, in order to ensure the customer’s goals and key nodes, the Winner Project Department and other teams organize and coordinate resources, give full play to technical advantages, and report on the construction weekly. Weekly plan and schedule, correctly use JHA analysis, integrate safety control measures with production, actively implement various management systems, and encourage on-site engineering staff to work hard to complete the delivery of the entire project.
